This is a summary of a report about Millennials in the workplace. Millennials (Those born between the early 1980s and 1990s) in the workplace make up a huge part of our workforce but they seem to lack loyalty to the companies. Millennials as employee retention rates fall.
According to the two global surveys conducted by the company, information on this was collected from more than 40,000 millennials and non-millennials, information on workplace culture, communication, and their perception of the threats.
Then the findings are different they thought that these people millennials young people were not loyal but the survey showed they need more encouragement, is not mean they are not loyal. So practically young people play with their mobile phone at work but they do the work and they spend fewer hours at work but they still efficient.
The millennials want their work hours to be flexible because they believe that work efficiently is more important than long working hours.
The millennials want to improve their skills, include technological skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
